Municipal Corporation Gujranwala invites sealed bids for the lease of its proprietary land, Plot No. 14552, measuring 53 Sft, located at Rada Bangla Chowk, for a period of 10 years. This is a significant opportunity for interested parties to secure a long-term lease of municipal property in a prime location within Gujranwala. The auction will be held on 09 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala.
Items being auctioned:
- Lease rights of Plot No. 14552, measuring 53 Sft, Rada Bangla Chowk, Gujranwala (annual reserve rent: Rs. 4,800,000; total for 10 years: Rs. 48,000,000; earnest money: 10% of annual rent, i.e., Rs. 480,000)
The technical scope includes the lease of the specified municipal land for commercial or other approved purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the notice. The successful bidder will be required to pay the annual rent as per the reserve price, with a 10% earnest money deposit (CDR/Pay Order) at the time of bidding.
