AUCTION: Cricket Arena Zeeshan Colony Kamalia Collection Rights 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Municipal Committee Kamalia is offering for auction the constructed Cricket Arena located at Zeeshan Colony Kamalia for the period 2026-2027. The auction will be held on Thursday, 3rd September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Administrator, Municipal Committee Kamalia. The auction is conducted under the Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016. Items being auctioned: - Cricket Arena Zeeshan Colony Kamalia Bidders must submit copies of CNIC, lease license registration, and security amount in the form of CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Municipal Committee Kamalia before the auction time. Only registered and licensed contractors (in person) are eligible to participate. Authority letters will not be accepted. Important conditions include that bidders must not be defaulters of dues to the Municipal Committee Kamalia, must not be blacklisted by the committee or other organizations, must not be declared ineligible or bankrupt, and must pay installments monthly as per contract terms. Open call deposits are not acceptable. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids without reason and amend conditions on the spot.
