LEASE: PIAHCL Commercial Properties Lease/Rent in Lahore, Karachi, Muzaffarabad, Multan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites e-bids through EPADS 2.0 from eligible firms, AOPs, companies, entities, and interested parties registered on EPADS 2.0 for lease or renting out of PIAHCL commercial properties on an 'as-is, where-is' basis. The procurement will follow the Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules, 2026. The award will be made separately for each property to the highest quoted rent per square foot, subject to compliance with bidding documents and applicable rules. Each property will be evaluated and awarded independently. Items being leased: - PIA Building, Block Side, Edgerton Road, Lahore: Tower Side (8th Floor 2,500 Sq ft, 7th Floor 4,000 Sq ft, 6th Floor 5,000 Sq ft, 4th Floor 5,000 Sq ft, 3rd Floor 5,000 Sq ft, 2nd Floor 4,722 Sq ft, Ground Floor 1,598 Sq ft) and Block Side (4th Floor 800 Sq ft, 3rd Floor 7,000 Sq ft, Lower Ground 4,000 Sq ft) totaling approximately 40,000 Sq ft - SIDCO Avenue Center, 264 RA-Lines, Karachi: 28,015 Sq ft - PIAHCL Building, Chattar, Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir: 3,288 Sq ft - PIA Building, Ahmad Shah Abdali Road, Multan (Tentative area): 2,331 Sq ft The areas are tentative and subject to verification and actual measurement at respective sites. The vacant areas may be leased wholly to a single successful bidder or divided among multiple bidders based on space requirements. Leasing out a portion of the available area is subject to operational and commercial feasibility as determined by PIAHCL Management. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as prescribed. Detailed terms, eligibility criteria, property details, financial proposal requirements, and tenancy conditions are available on PPRA EPADS 2.0. E-bids must be submitted on EPADS 2.0 on or before 26.10.2026 at 3:00 pm and will be opened the same day at 3:30 pm. Manual submissions are not accepted. PIAHCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules. Bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS 2.0 and carefully review tenancy conditions and bid security requirements. Early preparation of financial proposals and compliance with all bidding instructions will improve chances of success.
