Lease of Premium Conference Lounge at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease of a premium conference lounge located at Level-VI, inside Domestic Departure, Jinnah Satellite Terminal, Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The space measures 1384.41 square feet and the concession is for a period of five years with a 10% annual enhancement on the cumulative basis during subsequent years. The reserve price is set at Rs. 4,100,000 per month. Only bids higher than the reserve price will be entertained. Items/Properties involved: - Premium Conference Lounge space measuring 1384.41 square feet at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi The concessionaire will be responsible for establishing, operating, maintaining, and managing the lounge. The lease includes all operational aspects within the specified area at the airport. Bidders must be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Tender forms can be obtained from the Office of Officer In-charge, Commercial, Room No.3016-17, Level-III, JTC, JIAP Karachi upon submission of a written request with CNIC and NTN certificates along with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and placed together in one envelope, dropped in the designated tender box at the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035) Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi by 08-09-2026 at 11:00 hrs. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hrs the same day. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Late, ambiguous, or conditional bids will be rejected. Submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
