LEASE: Restaurant and Nursery Entities at Different Locations of Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites sealed bids for lease of two entities at different locations in Lahore through auction. Interested parties with experience in similar nature work and valid NTN numbers (active filers) are eligible to participate. Items being leased: - Restaurant along-with 2 Food Kiosks at Bagh-E-Jinnah, Lahore (Restaurant area: 6 Kanal, Kiosk area: 2x (10'x20')) - Nursery at Juray Pul, Greenbelt, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore (10 Marla) The restaurant and kiosks have a reserve price of Rs. 7 Million per annum with a bid security of Rs. 1.5 Million. The lease tenure is three years, extendable for one similar term. The nursery has a reserve price of Rs. 1 Million per annum with a bid security of Rs. 0.4 Million. Its lease tenure is five years, extendable for one similar term. Bagh-e-Jinnah is a notified Special Premises under the Punjab Special Premises (Preservation) Ordinance, 1985. Lessees must use only the existing facility space and strictly comply with preservation protocols. No alteration or construction is permitted without prior approval of the Competent Authority. Tender forms and bidding documents for each entity can be obtained from the office of the undersigned for Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) immediately after publication during office hours. Bidding documents must be submitted on or before 21.10.2026 at 12:00 p.m. in the office of Director Coordination, HA, Jilani Park, Jail Road, Lahore. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of the committee and bidders' representatives. The auction will be conducted on a single stage single envelope basis. Bidders must clearly write their name and the specific auction on the envelope. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order drawn in the name of Parks & Horticulture Authority, Jilani Park, Jail Road, Lahore. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or cancel the bidding process at any stage. For further information, contact the office during working hours.
