Eligibility requires a minimum five years of experience in hospitality and golf club business, valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL active taxpayer status, and financial soundness with minimum net worth and turnover thresholds. The bid security is PKR 10 million, and bids must be submitted online and in hard copy by August 11, 2026, 14:30 PST, to the Facilitation Office, Royal Palm Golf & Country Club, Lahore.
