Pre-qualification of Workshop(s) for Repair, Maintenance of Machinery, Equipment, Hardware, Furniture & Renovation of Office Building

The Cannabis Control & Regulatory Authority (CCRA), Government of Pakistan Islamabad, invites bids for pre-qualification of workshop(s) for repair and maintenance services. The scope includes machinery, equipment, hardware, furniture, and renovation of the office building under an Open Framework Agreement for three years. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of machinery - Repair and maintenance of equipment - Repair and maintenance of hardware - Repair and maintenance of furniture - Renovation of office building This procurement is managed by the Cannabis Control & Regulatory Authority located in Islamabad. Interested firms, contractors, suppliers, or dealers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (FBR) and active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List are eligible to apply. They must have their own offices, stock, manpower, and expertise in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Tender documents can be obtained from CCRA Headquarters at 25-A, Sector H-9/1 Islamabad upon payment of a fee of Rs. 15,000. The bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 30th September 2026. The public opening of bids will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day at the CCRA Headquarters. Bidders should ensure compliance with all PPRA rules and submit earnest money as required. The Cannabis Control & Regulatory Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
