The properties are primarily commercial shops in busy market areas of Mirpur Khas. Applicants must submit their bids along with required earnest money and comply with the terms and conditions set by TMA Mirpur Khas. The lease process is governed by the E-Baldia system and relevant lease rules. Interested bidders should carefully review the terms of reference and lease conditions available at the TMA office.
