Lease of Souvenir Shop in Departure Lounge at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease of a souvenir shop located in the Departure Lounge at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. The lease period is five years or until the finalization of the concession or until the premises are disturbed by the AIIAP Expansion Project, whichever is earlier. The reserve price for the lease is Rs. 734,393/- with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Only bids higher than the reserve price will be entertained. Interested bidders must be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. The technical evaluation will carry 80% weightage. Tender forms can be obtained from the Joint Director Commercial office at AIIAP Lahore upon submission of a written request along with CNIC, NTN certificate, and a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000/- via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Tender documents, including separate sealed technical and financial offers, must be submitted in one envelope and dropped in the designated box at the office of Airport Manager/COO, AIIAP Lahore by the specified deadline. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the box is desealed in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Late, ambiguous, or conditional tenders will not be accepted. Advance income tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Submission of fake documents or pay orders will lead to cancellation and blacklisting.
