Lease of University Cafeteria, Photocopy & Stationery Shop, Tuck Shop & General Store at Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib invites sealed bids from eligible firms, companies, or sole proprietors duly registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities for the allotment/lease of the following university facilities through a prescribed bidding process. The facilities offered for lease are the University Cafeteria, Photocopy & Stationery Shop, and Tuck Shop & General Store located at Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib. Items being auctioned: - Cafeteria with an annual reserve price of Rs. 1,800,000 and bid security of Rs. 90,000 - Photocopy & Stationery Shop with an annual reserve price of Rs. 480,000 and bid security of Rs. 24,000 - Tuck Shop & General Store with an annual reserve price of Rs. 720,000 and bid security of Rs. 36,000 The university does not currently have dedicated constructed buildings or shops for these facilities but will provide the successful bidder with designated space/site along with layout, measurements, dimensions, and standard construction style as specified in the bidding document. The successful bidder will be responsible for all arrangements for establishment and operation of the facility including construction, installation of shed, kiosk, furniture, equipment, utilities, and other required infrastructure strictly according to the approved layout and construction specifications provided by the university at their own cost and risk. No construction, alteration, or installation shall be undertaken without prior approval. Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial Bids in a single sealed envelope by the closing date and time. Bid security of 5% of the reserve price must be submitted in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer, Baba Guru Nanak University. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding process will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 provisions. The bid submission deadline is 14 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted on a lot-wise basis at the Treasurer's Office, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib, located at Danish Schools Hostel Building.
