Tender Description
The Regional Directorate of Estate Office Management, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, invites applications for the leasing of commercial shops and canteens under the Shop Rental Auction Policy, 2017 (amended 2023 & 2026). The lease period is three years on a monthly rental basis. The auction will be held under the supervision of the Auction Committee at the Estate Office Karachi, Block No. 5-B, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi.

The auction dates are 17 and 18 August 2026 at 10:30 AM. Earnest Money of Rs. 50,000 must be deposited as Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Assistant Director (Estate), Estate Office Karachi. The Earnest Money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders and adjusted against successful bidders dues. Employees of Estate Office Karachi and government contractors are not eligible to participate.
Bidders must submit a copy of their valid CNIC and sealed bidding documents to the Deputy Director, Estate Office Karachi, by 12 August 2026 at 04:30 PM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The successful bidder will deposit one year’s advance rent within ten days of auction approval and execute the Lease Agreement as per approved Terms of Reference. Detailed bidding documents and eligibility criteria can be obtained from the Estate Office Karachi upon payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable).
