Eligibility criteria include valid registration with tax authorities (NTN and sales tax if applicable), active taxpayer status, submission of bid security with the technical bid, affidavit for correctness of information, power of attorney for representative, and no blacklisting or conflict of interest. The bidder must demonstrate relevant experience in educational infrastructure development, financial capability, and corporate social responsibility. Minimum qualifying marks for technical evaluation are 65%.
