Tender Description
This tender invites suppliers to provide a comprehensive range of furniture, digital equipment, security devices, and office supplies for the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Rawalpindi. The procurement includes wooden lecture hall chairs with steel frames, interactive digital boards certified by Google, high-lumen projectors with mounting accessories, and branded wooden rostrums. Additionally, the scope covers installation of 4 MP CCTV cameras with night vision, a 16-port NVR, Cat-6 copper cables, and POE switches to support the security infrastructure.
The IT equipment segment demands advanced technology such as biometric door locks featuring facial, palm, and RFID recognition, Dell Latitude laptops with 13th Gen Core i7/i9 processors, all-in-one printers with ADF and duplex printing, and LED 40-inch android-enabled displays. Office essentials include file covers and folders with AFIP-NUMS branding, colored letterheads, and wooden cabinet racks covering approximately 188 square feet. The air conditioning unit of 1.5 ton capacity with installation and accessories is also part of the package.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC registration requirements relevant to supply contracts and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory. Technical and financial bids must be prepared carefully, adhering to the specifications and submission guidelines.
