Tender Description
The Embassy of Pakistan in Madrid seeks a professional legal firm to manage payroll preparation, employment contracts, social security issues, and provide legal advice on Spanish labor laws. The firm must be registered in Madrid and capable of handling related legal matters.
The scope includes preparing monthly pay slips, issuing receipts, submitting social security forms, managing labor contracts, and representing the Embassy before Spanish public institutions for mediation and arbitration. Legal advice on labor, tax, accounting, and civil matters is also required. Bids will be opened on January 6, 2026, at 12:30 hours at the Chancery, and late bids will not be considered.
