Purchase of Liquid Nitrogen Container and Equipment

The Livestock and Dairy Development Department Punjab Lahore invites qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement of Liquid Nitrogen Containers and related equipment for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is issued under the ADP scheme and follows the single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Liquid Nitrogen Container - LN Gas - Related Equipment The scope includes supply of high-quality liquid nitrogen containers and associated equipment suitable for livestock breeding improvement projects. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Excise & Taxation Department for the FY 2026-2027. Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory. The bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order through the e-Procurement System before the closing date. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid professional tax certificates and relevant experience in supplying liquid nitrogen containers or similar equipment. The department will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred in bid preparation or submission. In case of official holidays on the submission date, the next working day will be considered the closing date.
