Items being procured: - Medicines - Medical Devices - Suture Material - Implants - Stents The firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the supply of the above-mentioned services. The estimated tender cost is Rs. 50 Million approximately. A CDR amounting to Rs. 1 Million must be deposited in favor of the Administrator/Executive Director Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore.
