Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical Disposables for Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex Nowshera

Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI) Nowshera, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables. This procurement is aimed at supporting the hospital, Zakat & Bait-Ul-Mal patients, and the Sehat Sahulat Program at the MTI-QHAMC Nowshera. Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Disposables for Hospital, Zakat & Bait-Ul-Mal Patients QHAMC, Nowshera - Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Disposables for Sehat Sahulat Program, Patients QHAMC, Nowshera The procurement will be conducted under Rule 6(2)(a) of KP-PPRA Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, importers, or chemists/druggists holding valid licenses and registered with the Income/ Sales tax authorities, reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Bid solicitation documents containing detailed descriptions, bid securities, and evaluation criteria can be downloaded from the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication of the advertisement in the newspaper. The original CDR or Bid Security of PKR 1,000,000 must be submitted to the office of the Hospital Director, QHAMC MTI Nowshera on or before the closing date and time. The bid submission deadline on EPADS is at 11:00 AM on 22-09-2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders must upload all mandatory and relevant documents along with the bid security on the EPADS system. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. For bidders, a practical tip is to ensure timely submission of the original CDR to avoid disqualification, as late submissions will be rejected outright.
