Tender Description
The Office of Director General Health Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of essential medical supplies and diagnostic items for District Headquarters Hospital Muzaffarabad for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted under the AJK PPRA rules, and all eligible suppliers are encouraged to participate in this competitive process.

- Local Purchase Medicines (Estimated Cost: Rs. 2,50,000/-; Call Deposit: Rs. 7,50,000/-; Submission Deadline: 08-09-2026, 11:00 AM)
- X-Ray, Pathology, Blood Bank, and Other Items (Estimated Cost: Rs. 19,80,000/-; Call Deposit: Rs. 60,000/-; Submission Deadline: 08-09-2026, 12:00 PM)
The scope of supply includes a comprehensive range of medicines required for patient care, as well as diagnostic and laboratory items necessary for X-ray, pathology, and blood bank operations. Suppliers must ensure that all items conform to the required quality standards and specifications as outlined in the bidding documents. The procurement is intended to support uninterrupted healthcare services at the hospital throughout the financial year.
Interested bidders must obtain the bidding documents by submitting a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000/- at the office of the Director General Health Muzaffarabad. Bids must be accompanied by the specified call deposit in the form of a CDR or bank draft. Only suppliers registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the specified date and time. Late or incomplete bids will be declared non-responsive.
