Tender Description
The Directorate General Commodities Lahore, Government of the Punjab, invites lot wise E-Bids for procurement under single stage single envelope method from firms or companies which are manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers, or distributors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement is conducted through open competitive bidding during the Financial Year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- LOT 1: Stationary Items (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,500,000)
- LOT 2: Printing & Publications (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,200,000)
- LOT 3: Computer Stationary (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,300,000)
- LOT 4: Others Items (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,200,000)
- LOT 5: Purchase of Hardware (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,295,000)
- LOT 6: Purchase of IT Equipment's (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,001,000)
- LOT 7: Purchase of Plant & Machinery (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,801,000)
The procurement will be carried out through Punjab E-Procurement of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. All interested applicants are required to register on Punjab E-Procurement to be eligible for participation. Tender Notice and Bidding Document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for registered bidders on Punjab E-Procurement at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
Each lot-wise E-Bid shall comprise a single package containing Technical and Financial proposals separately and complete conformity with bidding document must be submitted as per the schedule.
The last date and time for E-Bid submission is 27.08.2026 till 9:00 A.M. and E-Bid opening date and time is 27.08.2026 at 11:30 A.M. Bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and bid security requirements. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is required as per lot details.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the Punjab E-Procurement portal and to carefully prepare both technical and financial proposals in separate packages as per the bidding document to avoid disqualification.
