Lot-Wise Procurement of Stationary, Toners and Store Items Through Framework Contract

Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC) Lahore invites electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, general order suppliers, or firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for the procurement of stationary, toners, and store items through a framework contract under Open Competitive Bidding with Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - LOT 1: Stationary - LOT 2: Toners - LOT 3: Store Items Each lot will have a separate framework contract for one year. Bidders may participate in one or all lots but must submit separate bids for each lot. The bidding documents specifying specifications, quantities, evaluation criteria, and terms & conditions are available for free download at PPRA website, Punjab e-Procurement portal, and PVTC website. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Encrypted electronic scanned PDF bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The submission deadline is September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost must be paid digitally for each lot separately through any bank in favor of Vocational Training Council. The relevant tender and payment instructions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. PVTC will not be responsible for any cost incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM at PVTC office, 134-A Industrial Estate Green Town Lahore. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-Procurement registration and submission procedures to avoid rejection due to technical errors or incomplete submissions.
