Tender Description
Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, headquartered at Dockyard Road, Karachi, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of a Luggage Scanner Machine D (Security) for its operational requirements. This procurement aims to enhance security screening capabilities at the agency's premises, ensuring the safety and integrity of maritime operations.

The technical scope involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a modern luggage scanner machine suitable for high-security environments. The equipment must meet international standards for baggage screening and be capable of detecting prohibited items efficiently. Bidders are expected to provide comprehensive after-sales support and training for agency personnel.
Eligible suppliers must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must also be registered with PPRA and, if applicable, with Pakistan Maritime Security Agency's vendor database. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR is required as per the tender terms. Only firms with relevant experience in supplying security equipment will be considered.
Sealed quotations must be submitted to the HQ Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, Plot No. 34-A, Dockyard Road, Karachi, by 21 September 2026 at 1130 hours. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of quotations will take place on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
