Procurement of Machinery, Equipment, Furniture and Other Items for Establishment of NERVE CENTER Haripur

The Deputy Commissioner Office Haripur is inviting eligible and registered firms and suppliers to participate in the procurement process for machinery, equipment, furniture, and other items required for the establishment of the NERVE CENTER in Haripur. This opportunity is open to firms registered with FBR and on the EPADS portal, in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Machinery for NERVE CENTER (details and specifications to be downloaded from EPADS Portal) - Equipment for NERVE CENTER (details and specifications to be downloaded from EPADS Portal) - Furniture for NERVE CENTER (details and specifications to be downloaded from EPADS Portal) - Other items for NERVE CENTER (details and specifications to be downloaded from EPADS Portal) The technical scope and specifications for all items are provided in the official bidding documents, which must be downloaded from the EPADS portal. Bidders are required to submit their e-bids through the portal, ensuring all government taxes are included in their quoted rates. The process will follow the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Each bid must be accompanied by a fixed Bid Security of PKR 400,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Deputy Commissioner Haripur. The successful supplier will also be required to submit additional security at 8% of the bid cost within one week of award. All firms must attach copies of CNIC, NTN/Active Taxpayer Certificate, and an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by any client or KPPRA. Bids must be submitted by 31.08.2026 at 10:00 AM via the EPADS portal. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of representatives at the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P) Office Haripur.
