Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (SIPM&R), Karachi invites electronic bids for procurement of machinery, equipment, material and other items for its Satellite Center in Larkana under ADP Scheme #725. The procurement covers a wide range of medical, rehabilitation, furniture, IT equipment and other related items to support the construction of DEPD Physical Medicine Rehabilitation Autism Centre & Allied Facilities at Hyderabad, S.B.A, Sukkur & Larkana, Sindh. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010. Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB and meet eligibility criteria. The contract period is twelve months with delivery schedules of 30 days for local items and 90 days for imported items. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 30th December 2025, 11:30 am. The tender includes detailed technical specifications, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to vary quantities during the contract period. The scope includes procurement of specialized medical and rehabilitation equipment such as turning and tilting beds, vacuum suction machines, pneumatic mattresses, stroke beds, parallel bars, exercise cycles, defibrillators, compression devices, patient monitors, prosthetics and orthotic equipment, physiotherapy devices, occupational therapy items, audiology equipment, neuropsychology and autism department supplies, and furniture for various departments. Manual bids will not be accepted. The tender fee is Rs. 10,000 non-refundable, and bid security as per bid data sheet is required.
