Procurement of Machinery & Equipment Repair Items for Central Police Office Gilgit

The Inspector General of Police Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from well reputed firms, contractors, and suppliers registered with the Central Police Office Gilgit for procurement of machinery and equipment repair items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Central Police Office located at KIU Road Konodass, Gilgit. Items being procured: - Machinery & Equipment Repair items Bidders must submit sealed bids before the closing date and time, which is 06-11-2026 at 1100 hrs, with the opening scheduled at 1130 hrs on the same day. The bids will be opened in the presence of contractors, suppliers, or their authorized representatives. Separate envelopes containing technical and financial proposals must be submitted, and only those bidders fulfilling the technical criteria will qualify for financial bidding. The contractor/supplier must have a fully established shop or business setup relevant to the applied lots with all documentary evidence duly attested. The bid security/call deposit of 3% of the total allocated budget for the financial year 2026-27 must be attached with the technical proposals in the form of a bank draft from a scheduled bank in the name of AIG Logistics CPO Gilgit. Proposals without call deposits will not be entertained. The successful bidders will be required to supply demanded items/services at CPO Gilgit on the same rates during the financial year 2026-27. The quantity of items may vary subject to availability of funds. Delivery and supply shall be completed within the period specified from the date of signing the agreement. All items will be inspected at CPO Gilgit. Eligibility criteria include registration with GST and NTN, sound financial position, relevant experience, and submission of 3% earnest money as pay order, call deposit receipt, bank draft, or bank guarantee. Bids without earnest money or blacklisted firms will be rejected. The successful bidders shall deposit 10% of the total contract value as performance warranty.
