Maintenance and Afforestation Works on State Land by Deputy Conservator of Forests Rawalpindi South Forest Division

The Deputy Conservator of Forests Rawalpindi South Forest Division invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for various afforestation and maintenance works on state land in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - 2nd Year Maintenance of Dry Afforestation on State Land (1000 Ac) including repair/re-digging, seed collection, re-sowing, and other related activities - Maintenance of Assistance Natural Regeneration (1800 Acres) including eradication of weeds, repair, seed collection, and protection - Maintenance of Bigger Size Afforestation (12500 Nos) including digging pits, purchase of plants (Chir, Kail Deodar, Robenia), planting, hand watering, and miscellaneous spraying - Maintenance of Plantation in State Forest (3rd Year) (200 Acres) including digging earth work, carriage of plants, planting, and protection - 3rd Year Maintenance of Afforestation of Bigger Size Plants along Nullah Lai (10 Av/Km) including hand watering, purchase of ornamental plants, planting, and spraying - Raising of 2nd Stage Nursery (1st Year New Work) including preparation of land, cost of earthen pots, silt cost, filling, planting seedlings, hand watering, and weeding - Construction of Chain Link Fencing - Construction of Water Recharge Devices (15 units) - Construction of Water Tanks (10 units) - Soil Conservation Check Dams - Construction of Water Harvesting Pits (10 units) The scope includes detailed earthworks, plant handling, watering, spraying, fencing, and water conservation structures. The work is to be carried out under the supervision of the Deputy Conservator of Forests Rawalpindi South Forest Division. Bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA, PEC (with relevant codes CE-10 & FC&R), and have professional tax certificates. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Bank Guarantee or online payment through PSID.
