Items being procured: - Maintenance of chlorination equipment and associated systems at 16 intermittent pumping stations - Routine inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting of chlorination facilities - Submission of periodic performance reports - Provision of qualified technical staff at all sites - Compliance with WHO Guidelines, National Drinking Water Quality Standards, and all applicable safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations - Emergency response for chlorine leakage and equipment breakdowns - Housekeeping and upkeep of chlorination facilities The technical scope includes comprehensive maintenance of chlorination stations, ensuring all systems are operational and compliant with international and national standards. Bidders must possess a valid PEC license for 2026 in Category C-6 or above with relevant specialization codes, valid FBR and Sindh Board of Revenue registrations, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience. At least one similar project worth 80% of the estimated cost or two projects worth 50% each must be completed, with satisfactory evidence provided.
