Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites bids from reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding valid Registration Certificate in category C-6 or above for project code CE-01 for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement involves three specific works at Block B Minister's Enclave F-5/2 Islamabad. Items being procured:
- Estimate for Roof Treatment of Block B Minister's Enclave F-5/2
- Improvement of Sewerage System at Block B Minister's Enclave F-5/2
- Refixing of Tuff Pavers in front of Block B Minister's Enclave F-5/2
These works include roof treatment, sewerage system improvements, and paving repairs, requiring technical expertise and adherence to quality standards. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or higher and demonstrate eligibility as per bidding documents.
