Maintenance Contract and Provisioning of Branded Hardware and Storage Services at Data Center Islamabad and DR Site Lahore

This tender invites electronic bids for the maintenance and support (SLA) of branded hardware including chassis, blade servers, SAN storages, SAN switches, and tape library installed at the Data Center in Islamabad. It also covers provisioning and installation of Storage as a Service (SaaS) at the DR Site in Lahore, along with migration of hardware from Islamabad to Lahore. The contract is for an initial period of three years, extendable for one year, and includes onsite maintenance, support, troubleshooting, and labor. The bidder is responsible for replacement and migration of hardware parts declared end of service life by HPE, and must maintain local inventory in Islamabad. The scope includes comprehensive onsite support, configuration, and repair services to ensure full functionality of the hardware and storage systems.
