Maintenance of Distribution System Involving Replacement of H.T/L.T Jumpers, Transformers, Bus Bars, Insulators and Tree Trimming for Eastern Circle LESCO

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the maintenance of its distribution system for the financial year 2026-27 in the Eastern Circle, covering Lahore and surrounding districts. Items being procured: - Replacement of LT Bus Bar (4838 Nos.) - Replacement of 11 kV Droppers on Transformer HT Side (4475 Nos.) - Replacement of Cross Arm (steel/wooden) (1198 Nos.) - Disc Insulator Replacement (500 Nos.) - Pin Insulator Replacement (1269 Nos.) - Set Right Tilted LT Structure (208 Sets) - Set Right Tilted HT Structure (219 Sets) - Set Right Tilted LT Spun Pole (44 Sets) - Set Right Tilted HT Spun Pole (75 Sets) - Replacement of HT jumpers (1566 Nos.) - Tree Trimming (3561 Trees) - Replacement of D-Fuse Fittings (1638 Nos.) - Set Right of LT Sagging (206 Spans) - Set Right of HT Sagging (196 Dead Circuits) The technical scope covers replacement of H.T/L.T jumpers, distribution transformers, bus bars, broken disc and pin insulators, cross arms, and setting right of tilted poles and structures. Tree trimming is included to prevent outages caused by vegetation. The work will be supervised by LESCO's Chief Engineer O&M Distribution and executed under strict safety and quality standards following WAPDA/LESCO codes. The contract duration is 120 days with a detailed schedule of shutdowns and progress monitoring. Eligibility requires PEC registration in category C6 & above and technical category EE-04 or EE-05, active taxpayer status with FBR and PRA, and relevant experience in HT/LT power distribution network maintenance.
