Tender Description
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) O&M Distribution invites bids for the maintenance of the distribution system specifically for the Kasur Circle. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the safety, reliability, and operational efficiency of the electricity distribution network in Kasur. The department responsible is the Chief Engineer O&M Distribution located at 22-A Queens Road Lahore.

The scope includes replacement of deteriorated conductors, HT/LT jumpers of lines and distribution transformers, bus bars, broken disc and pin insulators, cross arms, mid-spanning, setting right of tilted poles and structures, installation of insulated conductors, replacement of dropout cutouts (D-sets), and tree trimming. The work will be supervised by the Superintendent Engineer of the operation circle and executed under strict adherence to WAPDA/LESCO standards. The contract duration is 120 days with daily shutdowns of 8 hours per feeder. The contractor will deploy skilled line staff teams to complete maintenance on 11 KV feeders, ensuring continuity of supply and safety.
Eligibility requires PEC registration in category C6 & above and technical category EE-04 or EE-05, active taxpayer status with FBR and PRA, and non-blacklisting affidavit. Bid security must be submitted as per instructions. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **July 29, 2026 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions are not accepted.
