Tender Description
The Punjab Building Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors for maintenance and repair works of the ADCs Office located in District Hafizabad. This procurement is conducted under the newly introduced Punjab e-Procurement System in line with PPRA rules. Bidders must be registered and renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category and must produce original PEC licenses mentioning the required specifications and codes. The tender documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System website and must be submitted electronically through the same portal. Manual bids will not be accepted.

- Maintenance and Repair of ADCs Office in District Hafizabad
The scope includes all necessary repair and maintenance works as per the approved DNIT and BOQ. Bidders are required to quote rates against each entry/item of DNIT/BOQ and submit complete financial bids. Earnest money of Rs. 100000/- (5%) must be submitted electronically as bid security. The bids will be opened online on the specified date and time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, compliance with PPRA rules, and submission of bid security through the e-Procurement System. The tender opening will be held on 16.09.2026 at 12:00 P.M. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
