Tender Description
The Punjab Building Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for maintenance, repair, and supply works under the PPRA E-Tendering System. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and submit a Bid Security/Earnest Money equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost through the prescribed online digital mechanism (EPADS). The bidding process follows the latest PPRA rules and regulations, ensuring transparency and fairness.

- Maintenance and Repair (M&R) to DHQ Teaching Hospital Sargodha (Roof Grouting Mola Bux Hospital)
- Maintenance and Repair (M&R) to Residence No.18 GOR-I Sargodha
- Supply and Erection of Electric Ceiling Fans 56" sweep for Buildings Division Sargodha
The scope includes civil repair works and electrical supply and installation at specified locations in Sargodha. Contractors must provide a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount through the prescribed online mechanism within the stipulated period. Tender documents must be complete and submitted via the PPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS). Technical bids will be opened on 07-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of Commissioner Sargodha Division, with results announced at 11:30 AM the same day.
