Maintenance and Repair Electrification Works at Multiple Schools in Shikarpur District

The Executive Engineer Education Works (E) Division Larkano is procuring maintenance and repair electrification works for multiple government schools located in Shikarpur District, Sindh. This tender covers electrical wiring, installation of circuit breakers, ceiling fans, plug points, and other related electrical components at schools including GBPS Khawand Dino Junejo, GGPS Koreja, GBPS Loung Detho, GBHSS Dakhan, and GBPS Tajo Dero among others. The technical scope involves comprehensive electrical works such as wiring with PVC insulated copper conductors, fixing Bakelite ceiling roses, brass battern holders, circuit breakers of various capacities, switches, plug sockets, and installation of 56 inch AC electric ceiling fans. The work will be executed on site with adherence to the Composite Schedule of Rates and standard specifications. The contract duration is 15 months from the date of commencement. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN, professional tax registration, Sindh Revenue Board and FBR registration, and an Electric Inspectorate License for the concerned region. Experience in similar nature of electrical works executed in the last five years is mandatory, with at least one contract of 80% of the estimated cost or two contracts each of 50% of the estimated cost. Average annual financial turnover should not be less than the project cost in the last five years. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required along with a performance security of 5% from the successful bidder.
