Maintenance/Rehabilitation of University Washrooms and Miscellaneous Works at Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the maintenance and rehabilitation of university washrooms along with miscellaneous works at FJWU Campus I. The estimated cost for these works is Rs. 17.463 million. Bidding is open to all eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, with specialization in PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, and EE-04. Items being procured: - Maintenance/Rehabilitation of University Washrooms - Miscellaneous Works The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement portal using an online bidding procedure under the Single Stage-Two Envelope system. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 349,267/-) submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System as per PPRA and Government of Punjab guidelines. The paid slip must be attached with the tender documents as proof of payment. Bids submitted by any other means will be rejected. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and have an active National Tax Registration number. The quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and valid for 90 days, extendable for another 30 days. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2026 at 11:30 hours. Bids must be submitted online by 11:00 A.M PST on November 26, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M PST in the presence of bidders or their representatives at FJWU. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee online as per PPRA rules and Bank of Punjab procedures. Incomplete, ambiguous, or unsigned bids will be rejected.
