Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Hyderabad to participate in the Maintenance and Repair Programme 2025-2026 at GGPS Syed Baz Muhammad Shah. The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Hyderabad requires comprehensive civil and sanitary works including dismantling, plastering, marble flooring, joinery, bitumen laying, iron grill fabrication, painting, and water supply & sanitary fittings. The scope covers structural repairs, finishing, and installation of plumbing fixtures using quality materials such as cement concrete, UPVC pipes, and fiber glass tanks. The site is located in Hyderabad, Sindh, and demands adherence to local construction standards and environmental considerations.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and demonstrate financial, technical, and constructional capacity. The tender requires submission of a detailed technical bid including schedules, drawings, and compliance with specifications. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory.
