Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the Maintenance and Repair Programme 2025-26 at Govt. Sachal Sarmast College located in Ranipur, District Khairpur, Sindh. The Executive Engineer of the Water & Sanitation College Education Works Division Sukkur is overseeing this project under the Provincial ADP Schemes. The scope covers civil works including plaster removal, cement concrete, brickwork, marble flooring, painting, and water supply installations.
The works involve detailed civil construction and repair activities such as excavation, reinforced concrete work, brick masonry, plastering, and finishing with marble tiles. Water supply components include installation of W.C pans, stop cocks, bib-cocks, UPVC piping, and fiberglass tanks. The site is in Ranipur, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption to college activities while ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion by June 2026.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for contracts above PKR 4 million, hold valid NTN and SRB registrations, and have at least two years of relevant experience. Compliance with FBR/ATL and PEC requirements for the financial year 2025-26 is mandatory. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, and performance security of 5% is required post-award.
