Maintenance and Repair Works for Sewer Lines, Roads, Security Walls, and Gas Installations at POF Wah Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites sealed tenders for various maintenance and repair works at official government buildings and estate areas within Wah Cantt. The scope includes maintenance and replacement of damaged sewer lines and open drains at complaint offices numbered 1 through 8, paving of approach at officers houses, surface dressing and premix carpeting for roads in the estate area, repair and maintenance of security walls, and minor works in East, Central, and West Park bungalows. Additionally, minor works at 18-D, 24-D, and 26-D type bungalows and other non-residential government buildings in the estate area are included. The contract also covers repair and maintenance of Sui gas installation and internal fittings of quarters and bungalows. Items being procured: - Maintenance/replacement of damaged sewer lines/open drains at complaint offices No.1 to No.8 - Paving of approach at officers houses - Surface dressing, premix carpeting, repair/maintenance of roads in estate area - Repair/maintenance of security walls at estate area - Minor works in East Park, Central Park, West Park bungalows - Minor works at 18-D, 24-D, 26-D type bungalows and other non-residential government buildings - Repair/maintenance of Sui gas installation and internal fittings of quarters/bungalows The works require contractors to have valid PEC registration in Category C-6 (minimum) with relevant specialization codes. Contractors must also provide NTN, professional tax certificate, evidence of active tax payments on ATL of FBR, and demonstrate experience with similar works in the past five years. Financial status and resources will be evaluated. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized firms. Tenders must be submitted in a black box at the bid centre (Rabta Hall) near Gate No. 01 by 22-09-2026 up to 1030 hrs. Opening of tenders will be on the same day at 1100 hrs. In case of public holiday, tenders will be received and opened on the next working day at the same times.
