The Provincial Buildings Division-II Karachi invites bids for the maintenance and repair works of Sindh Secretariat Building No. I Karachi. This comprehensive contract includes fixing wall paneling, false ceiling, floor tiles, door shutters, aluminum windows, wooden cabinets, window blinds, door closers, and other related works to ensure the building's upkeep and functionality. Items being procured: - Wall paneling - False ceiling - Floor tiles - Door shutter - Aluminum window - Wooden cabinet - Window blind - Door closer - Other related repair and maintenance works The scope covers civil works such as cement concrete solid block masonry, plastering, topping of cement concrete, fixing G.I frames, wooden doors and windows, aluminum channel framing for sliding windows, and sanitary fittings including bathroom accessories and C.P muslim showers. The work will be executed at the Sindh Secretariat Saddar Karachi site with all materials and workmanship adhering to approved specifications and standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess valid PEC registration where applicable. A bid security of 5% of the bid amount is required, which will be converted into performance guarantee upon successful bidding. The contract period is three months from the date of commencement. Income tax at 8% will be deducted from bills. Bids must be submitted by 26-10-2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division-II, Barrack No.18, Block 4-A, Sindh Secretariat Saddar Karachi. The bid opening will be held on the same date and time.
