Renovation and Furnishing of Call Room and Waiting Room at Executive Building Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) through its Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate, invites sealed bids for the renovation and furnishing of the call room and waiting room at the Executive Building in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P131380. The scope includes extensive civil works such as dismantling of cement concrete, carriage of materials, brick and stone ballast laying, cement concrete works, reinforced concrete, steel reinforcement fabrication, brickwork, termite proofing, porcelain and granite tile laying, gypsum false ceiling installation, plastering, painting, aluminum doors and windows, partitions, woodwork, and electrical wiring including LED lighting and air conditioning installation. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete plain and reinforced - Carriage of materials - Dry rammed brick or stone ballast - Cement concrete plain and reinforced - Fabrication of mild steel reinforcement - Pacca brick work - Termite proofing spraying - Porcelain glazed tiles and prepolished granite - Gypsum board false ceiling - Cement plastering - Weather shield paint and distempering - Aluminum doors and windows - Partitions and woodwork including ash wood doors - Double glazed aluminum windows - Mortice lever handle locks and hydraulic door stoppers - Slip joint sandwich panels - Wardrobes and curtains - Espresso counter fabrication - Glass installation and 3 seater sofa sets - Upholstered sofas and chairs - Coffee tables and dining chairs - Console table - Electrical wiring, switches, sockets, LED panel lights, exhaust fans - Air conditioning units and copper piping - Chandeliers and smart LED TV The technical scope covers all materials, workmanship, and installation as per detailed BOQ and specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories, have valid FBR registration, and submit bid security as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 19 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 12:00 PM. The contract will be awarded on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.
