Maintenance and Repair to Sindh Secretariat Building No. I Karachi (Day to Day Complaints)

The Provincial Buildings Division-II invites bids for the maintenance and repair works at Sindh Secretariat Building No. I Karachi addressing day to day complaints. This tender is specifically for civil and sanitary repair works including fixing doors, windows, sanitary fittings, painting, and plumbing works at the Sindh Secretariat located in Saddar, Karachi. Items being procured: - P/F approved quality of door closer (12 Nos) - P/F approved quality of mortice lock (20 Nos) - Providing and fixing doors, windows and ventilators of first class deodar wood frames and teak wood ply shutters (122.5 Sft) - French polishing old works (798 Sft) - Scraping and painting walls with matt finish paint (4122 Sft) - Providing UPVC pipes and fittings including fixing and testing (1/2" dia and 4" dia) - Providing and fixing European type white glazed earthen ware wash down W.C. pans (2 Nos) - Supplying and fixing C.P muslim shower with double bib cock (4 Nos) - Supplying and fixing C.P bib cock (10 Nos) - Supplying and fixing bathroom accessories set (7 pieces) (4 Nos) - Providing and fixing white glazed lavatory basin with fittings (2 Nos) - P/F PVC wall paneling 4mm to 6mm thick (930 Sft) - M/F false ceiling gypsum board panels 24"x24" (1487.5 Sft) - P/F artificial marble top for vanity or sink bowl (16 Sft) - P/F sanitary fittings chrome plated heavy gauge approved quality side pillar cock and tee cock - P/F UPVC fittings of schedule 40 ASTM-D-1785 standard including elbows, sockets, tees, P-traps, plain tees The scope covers all civil, sanitary, and plumbing repair works with materials and workmanship as per approved specifications. The site is located at Sindh Secretariat, Barrack No.18, Block 4-A, Saddar, Karachi. Eligibility requires valid registration with PEC where applicable, NTN registration, and submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the bid. The bid security will be converted into performance guarantee after successful bidding. The contract period is three months from the date of commencement. Bids must be submitted by 04-09-2026 at 11:30 A.M. at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division-II, Sindh Secretariat Karachi. The bid opening will be held on the same date and time at the same venue.
