The Provincial Buildings Division No: II invites bids for the Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of electrical works at Sindh Secretariat Building II (Tughlaq House) located in Karachi. This procurement is specifically for day-to-day complaint electrical work to ensure the proper functioning and safety of electrical installations within the building. The work will be carried out at the Sindh Secretariat Saddar Karachi, with all materials and workmanship conforming to the specifications and standards laid down by the Executive Engineer. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration for electrical works, NTN and FBR registration, and to submit a bid security of 5% of the bid amount which will be converted into performance guarantee upon award. The contract period is three months from the date of commencement with no mobilization advance allowed. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division No: II, Barrack No.18, Block 4-A, Sindh Secretariat Saddar Karachi by 04-09-2026 at 11:30 A.M.
