Items being procured: - T.C for maintenance/replacement of damaged sewer lines/open drains at official govt. buildings under complaint office No.1 to No.8 POF Wah Cantt - Paving of approach at officers houses POF Wah Cantt - Term contract for surface dressing, premix carpeting repair/maintenance & minor works of roads in estate area at POF Wah Cantt - Repair/maintenance of security walls at estate area POF Wah Cantt - T.C for minor works in East Park bungalows POF Wah Cantt - T.C for minor works in Central Park bungalows POF Wah Cantt - T.C for minor works in West Park bungalows POF Wah Cantt - T.C for minor work at 18-D, 24-D, 26-D type bungalows, i/c byard and other non-residential govt. buildings in estate area POF Wah Cantt - T.C for R/M etc of Sui Gas installation, internal fittings of quarters bungalows POF Wah Cantt The scope includes comprehensive maintenance and replacement of damaged sewer lines and open drains across multiple complaint offices, paving and repair of roads and approaches within the estate, upkeep of security walls, and minor repair works in various bungalow parks and government buildings. The works are to be carried out at the POF estate in Wah Cantt, ensuring compliance with government standards and specifications. Interested bidders must be registered with PEC/PTC and have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations.
