Expression of Interest for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Infrastructure Development and Street Lighting Works

Defence Housing Authority Gujranwala invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of reputed firms and contractors to undertake various infrastructure development and related works in Gujranwala. The scope includes construction of infrastructure development works of Brig Yamin Khokhar Shaheed Road and Northern Boulevard Extension, infrastructure development works for different sectors, supply, installation and testing/commissioning of street lights for different sectors, and miscellaneous works such as culverts, drains, villas, and commercial plazas. Items being procured: - Construction of Infrastructure Development Works of Brig Yamin Khokhar Shaheed Road & Northern Boulevard Extension - Construction of Infrastructure Development Works for Different Sectors - Supply, Installation and Testing/Commissioning of Street Lights for Different Sectors - Miscellaneous Works (Culverts, Drains, Villas, Commercial Plazas etc.) The technical scope covers civil construction and electrical works related to street lighting across various sectors within DHA Gujranwala. Eligible firms must have active PEC registration in relevant categories (Proj-1 and 2 as C2 or above, Proj-3 and 4), adequate construction experience, at least 5 completed projects of similar nature in the last 5 years, active NTN/GST registration, and must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government department. Required documents include company profile and organizational chart, valid PEC registration certificate, NTN and GST registration certificates, list of owned/leased equipment, CVs of key technical and site staff, no litigation/blocklisting affidavit, evidence of similar completed or ongoing projects, and audited financial statements for the last 3 years. EOI submissions must be sealed and reach the DHA Gujranwala office within 15 days of publication. Late or incomplete submissions will not be entertained. Only shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in the bidding process. DHA Gujranwala reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. Interested bidders should ensure their submissions are complete and timely. It is advisable to carefully review all eligibility criteria and document requirements before submission to avoid disqualification.
