Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited located at West Wharf, Dockyard Road, Karachi invites sealed bids from firms and contractors registered with PEC, SRB, and GST for the maintenance and service of 04 diesel generators. This procurement is specifically for the upkeep and servicing of diesel generators to ensure their optimal performance and reliability. Items being procured: - Maintenance / Service of 04 Nos. Diesel Generators The bidding process will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope system. The first envelope must contain the post-qualification documents clearly marked as 'Technical Bid' along with a pay order as bid security amounting to Rs. 200,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand only). The second envelope should contain the quoted price of the tender, clearly marked as 'Financial Bid'. The bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, are available at the office of Services and Civil Works during working hours. The price of the bidding document is Rs. 4,000 (non-refundable), payable via Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd. Bids must be submitted to the office of the General Manager (Services & Civil Works) at Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works, West Wharf, Dockyard Road, Karachi-74000 before 1100 hours on 17-11-2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Financial bids of qualified firms will be opened at a later stage, with date and time to be intimated accordingly. Eligibility criteria include registration with PEC, SRB, and GST. Firms must ensure timely submission of bids with the required bid security. Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA-2026 Rule-45.
