The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) North Nazimabad Karachi (Engineering Unit) invites bids for comprehensive maintenance services at its Sports Complex located in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This procurement covers a full year of maintenance services for the ground and allied equipment at the complex, ensuring the upkeep of the cricket and football grounds, pavilion, and surrounding areas. Items being procured: - Curator Services (1 seat) - Gardening and Ground Maintenance Services (6 seats) - Ground Equipment Maintenance Services (1 seat) - Janitorial Services (2 seats) The scope includes complete maintenance of the sports complex grounds covering approximately 7 acres, including turf pitches, practice pitches, open areas, pavements, parking, and boundary walls. The services also include upkeep of all ground equipment such as lawn mowers, rollers, pitch machines, and other related machinery. Janitorial services cover cleaning of pavilion buildings, washrooms, carpets, furniture, and disposal of garbage. The technical scope requires adherence to PCB regulations for cricket pitches, coordination with match officials, and ensuring smooth operation of all ground equipment. The contractor must maintain all equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and provide emergency repairs as needed. Gardening services include watering, fertilizing, pruning, and landscaping, with consumables provided by the client. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, financial capability with audited statements or bank credit lines, and prior work on ground maintenance contracts of similar scale and value. Bidders must be registered with FBR, EOBI, and comply with all applicable labor laws. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
