Maintenance of Waste Water Pumping Stations, Lift Stations & Tubewells in WASA Gujranwala

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Gujranwala invites bids from suppliers and contractors registered on e-Procurement as per PPRA regulations-2024 with valid PEC License in category C-5 or above with specialization in codes (ME-04, ME-06, ME-07, EE-04, EE-11, CE-09), active NTN and PNTN filer for maintenance of waste water pumping stations, lift stations and tubewells in WASA Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Maintenance of Waste Water Pumping Stations - Maintenance of Lift Stations - Maintenance of Tubewells The procurement will be conducted through e-Procurement of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. Bidding documents with detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on the PPRA website portals http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The bidding procedure is single stage two envelope. Bids must be submitted on or before 04-11-2026 by 12:00 PM via e-Procurement system. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM on e-PADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, PO, Demand Draft or Banker Cheque amounting to 5% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs 3,700,000/- must be uploaded on e-Procurement in soft copy and submitted in original at the office located at X-Block Main Road Peoples Colony before the bid submission deadline. Bidders may visit the office on 31-10-2026 at 11:00 AM to inspect the disposal stations, lift stations and tubewells. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Bids found technically non-responsive will remain unopened. Corrupt or unreadable bids will be rejected as per PPRA Regulations-2024. The procurement is governed under PPRA Rules-2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Bidders must fill the bid schedule and indicate unit rates for each item of work. No premium will be accepted. Bids will remain valid for 120 days.
