Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at the PAF Base in Chaklala. This procurement involves multiple lots with estimated costs ranging from Rs. 19.994 Million to Rs. 49.233 Million. The lots include:
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (B) Rs. 41.831 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (I) Rs. 19.994 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Q) Rs. 27.217 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (H) Rs. 35.035 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (G) Rs. 41.090 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (U) Rs. 45.006 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (O) Rs. 47.849 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (L) Rs. 49.233 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (M) Rs. 31.371 Million
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Q) Rs. 23.990 Million
Firms will be provided details including work orders, location, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users. Eligible firms must have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works or services and be registered with PEC in the relevant field. Firms must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (DI&E) recoveries.
Only firms fulfilling criteria such as enlistment with PEC Cat C-5 & above, valid NTN certificate, income tax return, and FBR registration are eligible. A refundable 2% bid security is required for non- enlisted firms. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and tenders will be opened on 16 November 2026 at 1200 hours.

This tender requires careful preparation of technical and financial bids with all required documentation including Earnest Money and CDR.
