Major renovation works are underway for establishing a commercial business hub at the first floor of the National Bank of Pakistan's Small Industrial Estate Branch in Sialkot. This project, commissioned by the National Bank of Pakistan, involves extensive civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and furniture works to transform the existing space into a modern, functional business hub. The scope includes dismantling existing structures, RCC works, masonry, plastering, flooring with porcelain and granite tiles, false ceilings, glass partitions, wooden furnishings, and installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures.
