Major Renovation Works of NBP Ghalla Mandi Branch, Kamoke, R.O Gujranwala

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Major Renovation Works of NBP Ghalla Mandi Branch located in Kamoke, R.O Gujranwala. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures - Reinforced Cement Concrete works including walls, beams, lintels, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work of various thicknesses - Plaster work of different thicknesses - Plain and reinforced cement concrete flooring and underfloor - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured tiles and laminated flooring - Carpet tiles - Granite skirting, thresholds, stairs, and main entrance podium - Glass doors and partitions including tempered glass and wooden framed glass doors - Wooden doors, flush doors, and wooden partitions - Internal and external paint works - Wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets, and false ceilings of gypsum, laminated gypsum, aluminum perforated and wooden types - Aluminum windows, louvers, blinds, stainless steel railings - Front elevation tiles and glazing, graffiato paint, optional Alucobond cladding - Safety grills, GI shutters, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms - Wooden wall and column cladding, PVC wall panels - Cash counters, wooden drawers, termite proofing, hydraulic door closers, glass door machines - Tuff tiles, fiber glass parking shed, wooden hanging beams - Logo/theme wall with lighting - Roof insulation, screeding, waterproofing, main holes, concrete pavers - Plumbing works including European style WC, wash basins, kitchen sinks, toilet accessories - Water supply system with polypropylene pipes, GI pipes, valves, water tanks, pumps - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes - Electrical works including wiring, lighting, fans, power sockets, cable containment, data/voice wiring, distribution boards, burglar alarm system, earthing system - Fire extinguishers, parking and gate lights, CCTV wiring The scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance as per specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council with valid PEC category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on a least cost basis. Bid security in the form of pay order, bank guarantee, or demand draft is required. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
