Major Renovation Works of NBP Khushab Branch, R.O Mianwali

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Major Renovation Works of NBP Khushab Branch, R.O Mianwali. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding process using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring/wall tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, roof treatment, and disposal of debris - Dismantling R.C.C walls/slabs of strong room and locker room including relocation of strong room doors and lockers - Reinforced cement concrete works including walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 steel bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work of various thicknesses - P.C.C flooring and underfloor concrete - Porcelain tiles, wooden textured tiles, granite skirting, thresholds, and tiles on toilet walls/floors - Vanity counters with granite - Glass doors and partitions including wooden framed glass doors - Wooden doors, partitions, false ceilings, wooden rafters, cornices - Aluminum windows, louvers, blinds, stainless steel railings - Front elevation tiles, glazing, safety grills, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms - Wooden wall/column cladding, PVC wall panels - Cash counters, termite proofing, tuff tiles, wooden hanging beams, logo/theme wall - Roof treatment works including screeding, waterproofing, marble flooring - Plumbing fixtures including European style W.Cs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, accessories - Water supply system with polypropylene pipes, brass valves, hot water heaters - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes with UPVC pipes and RCC construction - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets - Data, voice, and TV wiring with Cat 6E cables - Electrical LT cabling with PVC insulated copper cables - Supply and installation of lights, fans, power sockets, cable containment, floor boxes, data fixtures - Distribution boards and internal components including MCBs, MCCBs, changeover switches - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system with copper rods and chemical enhanced earthing - Fire extinguishers, street lights, CCTV wiring, LED strip lights - Air-conditioning works including supply and installation of inverter AC units, copper piping, frames, ducts, drain piping, and removal/reinstallation of existing units - Furniture including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, drawer pedestals, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, sofas, center and side tables The scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for the complete renovation and refurbishment of the branch as per the detailed specifications and drawings provided. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, and experience of at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4 million in the last three years. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 22, 2026. Bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM at the National Bank of Pakistan, Engineering Wing Central, Lahore. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully examine the site and bidding documents and to attend the pre-bid meeting if scheduled. Bid security of Rs. 600,000 in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee is required. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all qualification criteria. Performance security of 10% of contract price will be required upon award. The contract duration is 150 days from commencement. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration and familiarity with the EPADS v2.0 system to avoid submission issues. Also, carefully prepare the technical proposal demonstrating compliance with all specifications and eligibility criteria to avoid disqualification.
